Today I take my recovery serious.
Today I let myself be advised instead of figuring it all out myself.
Today I am tired but I will take rest. Today is neither good or bad. It is just there and I can enjoy it, without getting kicks out of it.
Today I don't have any resentments to anyone. And today everything can happen.
But I accept that I have to cut down on eneryconsuming things and create new energy form within me, through my Higher Power.
